Material Systems, an exhibition by New York based artists Rachel Dove and Dan Munkus, explores the utility, impact, and aesthetics of unseen systems. These systems, though often overlooked, are highly complex and interact with every aspect of our daily lives. Dove, a ceramic artist, and Munkus, a painter, each use abstraction to distill and analyze the inner logic of these systems, reimagining and presenting them in new ways.
